Big Bash League Recap: Perth Scorchers earn home grand final after rolling Sydney Sixers

Perth Scorchers have roared into the grand final after bundling the travelling Sydney Sixers out for 99.
It was a scorching day in Perth and despite the Scorchers feeling the heat with bat in hand, only posting 9-147 after being asked to bat, they proved too strong for the men in magenta.
Steve Smith batted beautifully again but couldn’t get anyone to go with him as the Sixers settle for a home final at the SCG on Friday to try and earn a second crack at Perth in the decider.

The Scorchers will now host the decider on Sunday with Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Stars to play tomorrow for the right to face the Sixers at the SCG on Friday.
