Waifs announce second show
The Waifs announced this morning that they have added a second Albany show on December 10, after the first show on December 9 sold out.
They announced last month they would return home for a show at Albany Entertainment Centre to celebrate a quarter of a century.
The band released their eighth studio record and completed a sold-out national tour earlier this year, and are now bringing their music back to its roots with their Ironbark 25th Anniversary Regional Tour.
Proving they are only getting better with time, the down-to-earth band also landed their first ARIA No.1 debut.
Albany sisters Vikki Thorn and Donna Simpson founded the band with country New South Wales’ Josh Cunningham in 1992.
The tour will see the folk rock band head to other regional centres such as Tamworth, Toowoomba and Grafton.
Tickets are on sale at thewaifs.com.
Ironbark is available through Jarrah Records.
