Large white shark spotted off Albany
Shark Smart has reported two sightings of a large white shark off Mistaken Island, south of Albany, this week.
The 3.5m white shark was first spotted on Saturday at 4pm, about 500m offshore.
It was again spotted on Tuesday at the same location at about 8.30am.
The island is about 100m off Vancouver Peninsula and a popular fishing and swimming spot.
