Albany will again hold a Breakfast with the Stars in the build-up to the $100,000 Albany Cup at Percy Spencer Racecourse next Sunday.

Albany Racing Club and the Great Southern Owners and Trainers Association will join forces to host the breakfast, which will feature the official barrier draw for the region’s premier distance race.

Breakfast with the Stars will also include a live on-course broadcast from TAB radio, its team headed by Wes Cameron.

Local runners in the race will also have the option of working on the course proper in front of spectators and trainers, and industry participants will also be on radio ahead of the cup.

The breakfast will take place from 6.30-9am with the barrier draw for the feature race to take place at 8am. A full bushman’s breakfast with champagne and orange juice will be served, free for those who attend the event.
