Albany fraud being investigated

Albany detectives are investigating a series of fraud offences committed in Albany on Saturday.

Detectives understand a group of young males used a mobile device on EFTPOS machines at a number of Albany businesses.

The suspects have made multiple transactions at the same location with transactions mostly involving the purchase of iTunes cards, prepaid EFTPOS cards, and store gift cards.

The males are described as being dark skinned, and aged approximately between 18 and 28 years of age.

It is believed they may be travelling in an older style Holden Commodore sedan.
