Fremantle star Shai Bolton has been given the all-clear to return in Friday night’s western derby blockbuster against West Coast.
Bolton was managed for last week’s road trip to face Port Adelaide at Adelaide Oval, having nursed a minor hand injury this season.
Dockers coach Justin Longmuir said all indications were that the 27-year-old would be available to face the Eagles, he just had to get through training on Tuesday.
Fremantle fitness boss Adam Beard later ticked off the star midfielder-forward, who still wore considerable strapping on his right hand.
“We managed Shai last week, but he trained fully today and looked really sharp so he’s good,” he said.

The Dockers will be without veteran Jaeger O’Meara for an extended period after he sustained an ankle injury against the Power.
The club are yet to put a timeline on his return.
“Unfortunately, Jaeger got tackled from behind and jammed it (ankle) up,” Beard said.
“It’s a syndesmosis injury. It’s low level, but we just need to evaluate timelines and we’ll come back with them.”
Fremantle’s slim injury list is yet to get shorter next week, with luckless forward Sam Sturt one week away with a quad injury.
Developing tall Charlie Nicholls is the only other Docker unavailable, listed as 2-3 weeks away with a finger injury.
“I just left the gym with him and Chuck’s lifting well, running really well on the field, and we’ll just progress him back into football once he’s out of that splint,” Beard said.
Cross-town rivals West Coast will release their weekly injury report later today.
