Former West Coast Eagles captain Oscar Allen has announced he and wife Lorna are expecting a baby.
Oscar, who played 151 games for the Eagles before moving to the Brisbane Lions for the 2026 season, posted the happy news to social media on Sunday.
Lorna and Oscar are pictured together holding hands in the sweet photo, and Lorna is sporting a noticeable baby bump.
“Having a baby with my bestie ❤️🔥,” the post is captioned.
The pair, who both hail from Perth, were married in November last year in a wedding in the Perth CBD, before making the move to Brisbane.
The comments section was flooded with well wishes, including from Oscar’s current and former teammates.
“Congrats guys #dadstrength,” former Eagle Jack Darling said.
“Love u guys 🥰❤️,” Lions player Sam Draper said.
“❤️❤️❤️ The most amazing news. Super excited,” another comment said.
Oscar has played seven games for the Lions and kicked 12 goals this year, but is currently on the sidelines with a foot fracture.
