A busy road in Perth’s south-east has now been cleared after it was closed due to a serious crash. Welshpool Road was shut eastbound near the Swansea Road intersection about 8am on Friday.
Police and towing services were on site throughout the morning.
There were heavy delays along the road with vehicles at a standstill. Drivers were urged to proceed with caution through the area and seek alternate routes.
