Perth traffic: Pedestrian fighting for life after being hit by bus on Wellington Street

A woman is fighting for her life after being hit by a Transperth bus in the Perth CBD.
St John WA was called to the scene on Wellington Street about 2.35pm on Monday.
Police say the Transperth bus was travelling west when it hit the woman walking across the intersection of Wellington and Barrack streets.
The pedestrian, 41, has been taken to Royal Perth Hospital under lights and sirens with critical injuries.
She remains in a critical condition on Monday night.
Wellington Street was closed westbound at Barrack Street as a result of the incident.
Major crash officers are now investigating.
