Three teens have been airlifted to hospital in Perth and Darwin hospitals after receiving critical injuries in a car crash near Kununurra at the weekend.

The crash occurred in the early hours of Saturday when the driver of a white Toyota LandCruiser lost control travelling east along Victoria Highway near Molly Springs, about 40km west of Kununurra.

The car was travelling with two other vehicles before it left the road and rolled several times.

The three occupants sustained critical injuries and were transported to Kununurra District Hospital, before two of them were flown to Royal Darwin Hospital for further treatment.

The boys, aged 12 and 14, remained in a critical condition on Tuesday.

A third occupant was flown to Royal Perth Hospital on Sunday.

Police have called on anyone who saw the Toyota LandCruiser driving in the area around the time of the crash, or with dash-cam footage relating to the incident, to come forward.
