Two people have been flown to Royal Perth Hospital after a two car crash in Williams.

The crash happened on Albany Highway, two kilometres south of William just after 2pm today.

The emergency rescue helicopter is expected to land at the hospital around 5pm.

Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service firefighters helped to free one person who was trapped.
