Emergency crews rush to scene after man is hit by car in Perth’s CBD

Multiple emergency crews are on the scene of a crash in Perth’s CBD.

Reports were made at about 9.20am Wednesday following an incident involving a car and pedestrian on Adelaide Terrace in East Perth.

Two St John Ambulance crews, including a specialist crew, were called to the scene under priority one conditions.

Paramedics are treating a man in his 50s who is not believed to have life threatening injuries.

He is expected to be taken to Royal Perth Hospital.

Adelaide Terrace has been closed heading westbound at Bennet Street with Main Roads warning drivers of slow traffic in the area.
