Adam Ruiz-Avila: Police search underway for missing High Wycombe Man

WA Police have serious welfare concerns for a 48-year-old man who has been reported missing in Perth’s east.

Adam Ruiz-Avila was last seen at his home address in High Wycombe on Friday before being reported missing just after 6pm.

Police later located Mr Ruiz-Avila’s vehicle in a car park on Sovereign Drive in Two Rocks at around 6.45pm.

Investigators believe the vehicle had been at that location since approximately 10.20am the same day.

A large-scale search operation is currently underway in the surrounding area, involving significant police resources.

The search includes officers from the Mounted Section, Police Air Wing and Water Police, with assistance from the State Emergency Service and Volunteer Marine Rescue.

Mr Ruiz-Avila is described as being approximately 179cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair and brown eyes.
