Police expect to charge an Albany man after he allegedly deliberately rammed the entrance to the Caltex Star Mart on York Street, causing extensive damage on Tuesday.
Police said the man was issued a move-on notice after allegedly acting in a disorderly manner when his dog was not allowed entry to the store at 11.30pm.
It will be alleged the man returned in a Hyundai Terracan at 1.40am, deliberately driving into the entrance doors, causing $7500 damage.
Anyone who recognises the car is urged to call Albany police on 131 444.
