Players bare fruits in crop
Pictures of people in canola fields are commonplace this time of year but we have stumbled across one pic that is a little different.
Kukerin-Dumbleyung football players decided to ditch their clothes for a photo in a canola field after winning a reserves premiership at the weekend.
Jason Smith, Glen Ball, Josh Ball, Brett Treloar, Malcolm Roberts and Wade Cook were ecstatic with the weekend result and commemorate their 38-point win over Wagin with the perfect picture.
Josh Ball said that the idea for a celebratory picture came out of nowhere as the boys were driving back to town after their terrific effort during the grand final.
“We just noticed the crop as we were driving to Dumbleyung from the game and someone said - Should we get naked and have a photo? - And we all said Yes” Mr Ball said.
Kukerin-Dumbleyung won the Reserves Premiership during the grand final last Sunday, 10.11 (71) Wagin 4.9 (33).
