Albany Hwy closed after truck rollover

Albany Highway currently is closed to all traffic at Hale Road in Beaufort River after a truck rollover this morning.

The accident occurred at about 6am this morning.

Detours are in place for both southbound and northbound traffic.

Main Road WA has indicated that all southbound traffic is being detoured via Robinson West Road to Woodanilling to Great Southern Highway to Katanning.

Kojonup traffic can turn onto Kojonup Katanning Road at Katanning.

Northbound traffic is being detoured at Kojonup via Kojonup Katanning Road to Katanning, to Woodanilling and Robinson Road to Albany Highway.

Emergency services are currently on site and the closure is expected to be prolonged.
