A burst of colour and celebration swept through Katanning on Friday night as the Harmony Festival united the community in a lively display of culture and connection.

Festivities began with the annual Harmony Parade, where dozens of national flags were proudly carried from the skate park to the all-ages playground setting the tone for an evening of inclusion and pride.

A welcome to country and live music performances in the park added to the lively atmosphere with entertainment continuing throughout the evening.

Families were well catered for with activities across the precinct including the playground, balloon artists, a petting zoo, and youth events at the skate park ensuring there was something there for everyone.
