Year 12 students at Geraldton Senior High School embodied the theme of their school ball last weekend, bringing the glitz and glamour to a night to remember.

As has become tradition with school balls these days, many of the special guests made grand entrances, arriving in a variety of unique ways.

There were a mix of vintage and flash new cars, even a local volunteer fire and rescue truck was part of the procession. Student Geraldeen Van Tonder was awarded best arrival, after she was helped out of her car by a very friendly T-Rex.

The school ball on Saturday, April 5, at the QEII Centre was attended by 134 guests, with the school describing it as a “fantastic night” enjoyed by the Year 12s, their invited guests and staff.
