Police are reporting a “serious” traffic crash in Kwinana on Tuesday evening.
The incident occurred on Mandogalup Road near the intersection of Sayer Road in the southern Perth suburb just after 7pm.
Police and emergency services are on the scene.
Motorists have been requested to avoid the area.
The crash comes less than 24 hours after a teenager was killed after his car crashed into a bridge pylon on Monday evening.
