STATEWIDE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS FOR VICTORIA FROM 6PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2021

(80 per cent full vaccination of people 16 and over)

* Intrastate travel allowed, reuniting the state

* Outdoor masks scrapped

* People can return to work if fully vaccinated

* Outdoor public gatherings increase from 15 to 30 people

* Gyms and retail reopen

* Indoor and outdoor hospitality venue capacity limits increase for fully vaccinated patrons

* Indoor entertainment venues reopen at 75 per cent capacity, up to 1000 fully vaccinated patrons

* Outdoor seated and non-seated entertainment venues can open to up to 5000 fully vaccinated patrons

* Indoor sport can resume with density cap

RESTRICTIONS ON OR AROUND NOVEMBER 24, 2021

(90 per cent full vaccination of people 12 and over)

* No limits to home and outdoor gatherings

* Masks not required except in limited high-risk or low-vaccinated settings

* Retail, hospitality and entertainment venues can operate at maximum capacity

* Major events can host maximum capacity crowds for fully vaccinated patrons with an approved COVID-safe plan

SNAPSHOT OF VICTORIA'S CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK:

* 1935 new locally acquired cases of COVID-19

* Total active cases: 24,993

* 11 deaths reported on Sunday:

- A person in their 50s

- A person in their 60s

- Four people in their 70s

- Three people in the 80s

- Two people in their 90s

* Total death toll: 1041

* Death toll from current outbreak: 223

* 69,624 test results processed on Saturday

VACCINATIONS

* 39,250 doses administered at state-run hubs

* 91.2 per cent of Victorians 16 and over have had at least their first dose and 73.7 per cent have received both

HOSPITALISATIONS

* 787 people in hospital, with 146 in intensive care including 93 on a ventilator

* Seven-day hospital average: 793
