Wet weekend ahead for Albany, chance of hail

Albany is in for a wet weekend with nearly 20mm of rain expected and the possibility of hail on Sunday.

With winter only two weeks away there is the chance of a thunderstorm on Sunday afternoon as the Bureau of Meteorology is predicting between 5 and 15mm rainfall with hail and wind gusts up to 45km/h.

Saturday has a maximum temperature of 16C with a shower or two expected and 2mm of rain.
