Venturer scouts and Lockyer Community Kindergarten claim first Great Sausage Sizzle Voucher Giveaway prizes

The first two winners of the Great Sausage Sizzle Voucher Giveaway have been decided and have received their prizes.

The Advertiser has teamed up with Ray White Albany for the giveaway.

Each month two $200 vouchers will be given away that can be used to buy items to run a sausage sizzle fundraiser.

January’s first winner was Albany Venturer Scouts, an organisation aimed at those aged between 15-18 years old.

They will hold a sausage sizzle to raise funds for ongoing adventure activities for their members. It was the first group to think outside the box and create a video submission as part of its entry into the competition.

The second winner for January was Lockyer Community Kindergarten, which is a not-for-profit run by teachers and parents.

The funds raised from its sausage sizzle will go towards building a nature-based playground.

Not-for-profit organisations, sporting groups, charities, clubs and schools are all invited to enter into the running for the vouchers by registering via sales.albany@raywhite.com.
