Turner powers to win in wet conditions

Albany City Kart Club held its October club run last Sunday, with the wet and windy conditions attracting only 15 drivers.

KA4 Junior only managed to have two drivers enter the division, with Jayden Turner taking five wins away ahead of Trystan House. Turner finished on 1445 points, while House racked up 1012 points for the day.

Harrison Beres won the cadet 12 division, finishing on 1445 points ahead of Ben Norder (1265) and Riley Munro (1105).

In the Sportsman heavy division, Michael Stephen took the honours ahead of Howard Heerey and Bobby Cooper, while Jonathon Drew came in fourth place.

Graham Treloar won Tag 125 restricted combined in front of John Hamment in second, while Sonya Delamotte rounded out the podium in third.

Mitchell Turner was the only entry in cadet 9, finishing on 1445 points.
