Highway crash: Three people taken to hospital after crash closes South Coast Highway near Albany

Three people have been hospitalised after a crash that forced the closure of South Coast Highway this afternoon. Emergency services were called to South Coast Highway, near Churchlane Road, about 4.30pm on Friday. Albany Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service attended the crash, along with St John WA and police. Three people were taken to Albany Health Campus for treatment — a woman in her 50s, a woman in her 40s and a man in his 40s. It is understood there are injuries are not life-threatening.
