TEDxKinjarling will run this weekend at the Albany Town Hall, with changes to the panel of guest speakers.

This year’s TEDx theme is “imagine” and marks the event’s second year.

All six speakers live in the Great Southern.

The speakers for TEDX Kinjarling 2023 will be Charles Street, Robert Cridge, Tamala Ridge, Tammy-Anne Caldwell, Jonathan Ramachenderan and Jennifer McRae.

Organiser Kristen Pyrz-Brown, pictured, said it was a thrill to welcome previous speakers back to share their perspectives.

“Talks from the 2022 event have been very well received as part of the global TEDx platform,” she said

“It’s pretty astounding to know that one of the talks — the one by Denmark local Martha Barnard Rae — has had over a million views online.

“There really are some worthwhile ideas coming out of the Great Southern region and the TEDxKinjarling committee and I feel privileged to be bringing those ideas to light.
