Twenty drivers have entered the national championships in the junior and senior divisions with Albany expected to perform well on their home track.

Drivers will have four qualifying runs on Saturday morning with their times added up to determine an average and from that the top 12 progress.

The top 12 will be cut to nine, then six before the top four compete in the respective junior and senior finals in the afternoon.

In the final, each driver will have a run from each of the four lanes with points to determine the national champions.
