Spectacular wedding air show

Shannon SmithAlbany Advertiser

Setting their marriage up for a soaring start, Imogene and Dave Polette celebrated their wedding with some spectacular plane themed photos.

Mrs Polette organised the fly-over after the ceremony as a surprise for her new husband, as she said he is a member of the local aero club and somewhat of a plane fanatic.

Lee Griffith Photography captured the fly-over in action, as well as capturing the husbands passion in their Albany Airport photo-shoot.

The couple married at the St Joseph’s Church on Saturday September 16, followed by a reception at local French Vietnamese restaurant Liberte.

The bride was accompanied by bridesmaids Emma Polette, Charlotte Coultate, Bethan Coultate and Shanti Nunez, whilst the groom chose Dean Jones, Gavin Kennedy, Michael Chlopek and Carl Edwards as his grooms-man.
