It will be all or nothing tonight for new side Den/Albany Spartans in their bid to reach a maiden finals berth in the Albany Basketball Association men’s A-grade competition.

Spartans ended a five-game losing streak last week to keep their season alive but face a must-win game against Ambassadors this evening.

Spartans need to win their final two matches and hope Ambassadors go down in both of their remaining fixtures if they are to force their way into fourth place.

The fifth-placed Crabs are also in the mix for a finals berth and face Barking Owls in their round 15 clash tonight also at 7pm.

Knights will be out to secure the minor premiership when they tackle Raiders under-18 development squad while the other 8pm match will be Tigers against the winless Kinjarling Thunder.

In the women’s A-grade competition, a win to Magpies would assure them of the minor premiership. Magpies have won their past five games and face Raiders at 6pm.

Flames sit at the foot of the women’s standings with 14 consecutive losses but have been more than competitive in recent weeks and will again test Panthers, their opponent at 7pm.
