Snapper showcases farm life
Great Southern photographer Danielle Fuller is capturing beautiful images to raise awareness of the State’s food-producing regions.
Fuller’s Nightwell Photography is based in Gnowangerup, where she is surrounded by inspiration and opportunities to capture farm life in spectacular light.
The most exquisite shots have been compiled into a 2018 calendar, which Fuller said showcased the hard-working agricultural industry.
“I am very passionate about rural photography because I see it as a great way to share agriculture with people who may not have ever had any contact with this important industry,” she said.
Fuller said she wanted to share the beauty in what some might take for granted and see as mundane.
“I quickly fell in love with rural WA while working on farms in the southern Wheatbelt and the Great Southern. Being from the Rocky Mountains region in the States I am so delighted to be farming with my partner Mat so close to the Stirlings.”
The calendar idea began when a friend suggested she make one, and, after her first order of 20 sold out in one hour, she decided to produce more.
So far 140 calendars have already sold.
They are for sale through Facebook, the Ongerup CRC or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
