The Advertiser wants to showcase this year’s biggest, best, brightest and most creative Christmas lights displays in the lead-up to the big day.

If you’ve gone to the effort of putting together a grand display, or if you’ve just got together some cleverly positioned lights to help brighten your street, we want to see it.

This featured Christmas lights display comes from Ewen Hill and Carrie Linster at 22 Jackson Street, Mt Barker.

The couple have been putting up their impressive display for the past eight years and raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service with the donations they receive.

For those wanting to check out the display, you can tour the garden and Mr Hills’ Christmas village collection in the garage, which he’s been adding to for about 25 years.

“We also do a collection for the Royal Flying Doctor Service,” Ms Linster said.

“Last time we sent off $300 — it’s not a great deal but every little bit helps.”

If you want to feature in the Advertiser’s gallery of Christmas lights, send a photo of your display to news@albanyadvertiser.com.
