A daunting road trip awaits Polonia for the second round of the FFA Cup as they look to extend their run in the WA rounds of the national knockout soccer competition.

Polonia progressed to round two of the WA preliminary draw after winning 2-1 over Albany Rovers in the first round last month and now face a massive away trip to Kalgoorlie to face Twin City Saints Soccer Club on Saturday.

The match will be held at Usher Park, with kick-off set down for 7pm.

Twin City Saints compete in the Goldfields Soccer Association and will be looking to stop Polonia advancing to the third round of the WA preliminaries for a second year in a row.

Polonia and Caledonians both made it to round 3 last year but were knocked out by Gwelup Croatia and Morley Windmills respectively.
