Police seek info on serious assault

Albany Detectives are seeking information in relation to a serious assault in Albany which left a woman with serious injuries requiring surgery.

The incident occurred last Tuesday, November 20 around 6.30 and 7.30pm.

Police said a male and female who are known to each other were on Gregory Drive, Mckail when an argument broke out.

As a result of the argument the female received a serious facial injury which is requiring surgery.

Detectives would like to speak to members of the public that may have witnessed the incident, in particular a person who was walking a dog nearby at the time of the incident.
