New arrival for New Year

This year, a baby girl at Albany Health Campus claimed the title of "First baby born in 2019" in Albany.

Willow Grace Jackson was born on January 1 at 9.26pm, and mum Crystal Jackson was thrilled with her arrival.

Willow was born measuring 50cm and weighing 3.2kilograms.

“I am absolutely thrilled with the safe arrival of my daughter and it’s very exciting she’s the first baby of the year,” the proud mum said.

“My mums birthday is tomorrow too so it was a great gift for her.”

Ms Jackson thanks the lovely staff at the Albany Health Campus.
