Do not be alarmed if you spot a dinosaur, dragon or unicorn roaming at one of Albany’s parks in coming days.

The creatures will be active as part of a digital fantasy playground that children can take part in at local parks using the free Magical Park app, developed by GEO AR Games.

Eyre Park, Lange Park, Lakeside Park and Lake Weerlara Park will transform from March 4-11, with the app allowing users to view the range of creatures as they explore the parkland.

The project marks National Parks Week.
