Lights, camera, action as CinefestOz Albany returns to Great Southern

After the success of last year’s inaugural CinefestOz Albany, organisers have confirmed that the film festival will be back for 2022.

CinefestOz Albany will take place from from April 28 to May 1 giving an audience of movie lovers healthy servings of top quality Australian film.

Last year, Hollywood actor Kate Walsh brought her star power to Albany to celebrate the festival’s opening night.

For 2022, the Great Southern will be treated to four days of premiere film screenings and special events at Orana Cinema and other picturesque venues.

With the opening night on April 28, the next three days will feature IndigifestOZ, free community screenings, a short film event, an In Conversation lunch and a Saturday night gala.
