Princess Royal Sailing Club was abuzz on Sunday as a crowd of 160 partygoers clad in their finest white attire turned out for a picnic lunch in support of Sailability. This year’s White Lunch in the Park raised $4500 for Albany Sailability, vital funds to keep the all-inclusive sailing program on the water for another year. The program runs from February to December with more than 50 volunteers taking part to help people of all abilities learn to sail. The afternoon was filled with roaming entertainment from local music acts and a special performance from Perth band The Fragments. The band took attendees on a musical trip through the decades, delivering a line-up of eclectic crowd-pleasers from the 1950s to 1980s under the trees.
