IN PICTURES: A changing of the guard at Denmark Chamber of Commerce as new committee welcomed
A committee of new and experienced local business leaders are set to leave their mark on the Denmark Chamber of Commerce in the new year, following its annual general meeting last week.
Long-serving treasurer Chris Langslow (Denmark Co-operative) was appointed the chamber’s new president, taking the reigns from John Maxwell (Maxwell Designs).
He will be supported in the new role by Stuart Evans (Kwoorabup Technology) who will remain as vice-president and Carl Heslop (Annette Carmichael Projects) who will continue as secretary.
Four new faces join the committee this year including Steve Hall, Kath Kinnear, Julia Fitzgerald and Lee Bramptom.
The meeting was held at the Lake House Denmark which has undergone a facelift through WA’s lockdown during the COVID-19 pandemic.
