Help flies in for island lighthouse

A team has been flown in to conduct annual maintenance on the lighthouse on Breaksea Island.

The maintenance involves servicing the lantern, including replacing a cracked glazing pane and repainting.

Vegetation is also being cleared around the helipad during the visit.
