A huge crowd flocked to Retravision Stadium to watch the 2024 Great Southern Football League grand final on September 7.

Rivals Albany and Royals squared off in the league decider, the Sharks emerging premiers for the second straight year after a 21-point triumph with Issac Baum named the Alan Barnett medallist as best-on-ground.

The Lions had earlier success with both their reserves and colts taking out grand final wins, while Railways roared to the 16s title to kick start the big day.

Punters lined the oval in cars and on the back of utes, the grand stands were packed and supporters cheered on their teams with passion across the action-packed day.

Our photographer Laurie Benson captured these amazing images of the terrific atmosphere on GSFL grand final day.
