Albany junior star Connor Moseley has dominated the 2019 National CP Football Championships in Sydney.

Moseley finished the championships with the golden boot award for the most goals scored, netting 15 goals in six games.

He was a constant threat as he helped WA’s Para Football program reach the grand final on Sunday, before going down 5-1 in the decider.

In WA’s second game Moseley scored five goals as they thrashed NSW White 14-1.

Moseley scored a hat-trick in their third game against Capital Football, pushing his tournament tally to eight goals from three games.

In the final regular game, WA stormed past South Australia 10-0, with Moseley adding two goals after starting on the bench.

Seven minutes was all it took for Moseley to break the deadlock in the semifinal with a powerfully driven shot lodging in the bottom corner of the Victorian net.

The lead was doubled no more than two minutes later with yet another goal from Moseley to give WA a dream start.

Moseley added two more second-half goals to score all four of WA’s goals as they prevailed over Victoria 4-3.

The young gun can hold his head high after scoring WA’s only goal in the 5-1 grand final loss to NSW Blue.
