Finals spots still up for grabs in Albany and Districts Cricket Association A-grade and B-grade competitions
All eyes will be on the clash between Railways and Royals in round 19 of the Albany and Districts Cricket Association A-grade competition on Saturday.
The fixture at Turf South is a must-win for the Tigers, who are 13 points adrift of third placed Royals.
The Tigers need to win both of their remaining games in the regular season and secure at least one bonus point to sneak into third spot and play finals.
The Lions have won three of their past four matches and can finalise the make-up of the top-three with a win over the Tigers.
A win will ensure they face Manypeaks in a spicy preliminary final next weekend.
Ladder leaders Mt Barker will be out to continue their near-perfect season when they face Collingwood Park at Turf North.
The Bulls have already booked their place in the grand final while Park’s season ended last week.
In B-grade, three teams are vying for the final two spots in the finals as they enter the last round of regular fixtures.
The Bulls and Peaks have secured their spot in the finals but Denmark, Narrikup and Park are fighting for the last two spots.
The Magpies are third on 46 points but have a bye in the final round this Saturday.
Narrikup are close on their heels with 45 points while Park remain a chance on 39 points.
A win from Narrikup against the Lions will secure their spot in the top four, but if they lose and Park win with a bonus point over Peaks, Narrikup could be knocked out.
If Narrikup win and Park win with a bonus point, the Magpies could slip out of the top four.
In C-grade, Park have booked their place in the decider.
Bulls and Peaks clash in the final round before they face off in the preliminary final next weekend with C-grade also playing a top three finals system.
B-GRADE ROUND 16 LADDER
Mt Barker 83 points
Collingwood Park 39
C-GRADE ROUND 14 LADDER
Collingwood Park 54 points
Mt Barker 48
