Detectives call for information after firearm shot into Albany home

Albany detectives are calling for information about a suspected firearms incident in Collingwood Heights on Saturday.

In a statement on Monday, detectives said that between 12pm and 5pm on Saturday, an unknown suspect or suspects attended a property on Collingwood Road.

It is believed they discharged a firearm into a glass door at the property.

A projectile was later found inside the Collingwood Road home.

Police said no one was home at the time of the incident.

Investigations are ongoing.
