Police charge woman, 31, with indecent dealing after alleged incident with underage boy at Great Southern home
A 31-year-old woman is alleged to have “inappropriately touched” one underage boy and bitten another at a home in the Great Southern.
Albany detectives have charged the woman with one count of aggravated indecent dealing with a child between 13 and 16, and one count of assault occasioning bodily harm.
Police will allege the woman was at a Great Southern home socialising with a group of people on Friday, August 13, when the offences occurred.
It will be alleged she inappropriately touched a 15-year-old boy about midnight.
Police say the woman then became involved in a physical altercation with onlookers who saw the initial incident.
“During the altercation the woman scratched another 15-year-old boy on the face and bit him on the chest causing cuts and abrasions,” police said.
The woman has been remanded in custody and is next due to appear in Albany Magistrates Court on September 9.
