Albany Secondary Education Centre is holding a fundraising event at the Stirling Club on October 14 to raise funds for a much-needed Eye Gaze device, auctioning off student-created artwork and creations.

The centre provides support to students who experience various challenges and diagnoses, including PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, and intellectual disabilities.

The event will include an auction of donated goods, live music, and tapas food.

Artwork proudly created by the students for the event will be exhibited and auctioned off during the fundraiser in all their colourful and creative glory.

The Eye Gaze Device would allow non-verbal students with physical impairments to communicate more effectively.

Funds raised will also go towards the purchase of playground and sensory play equipment for student use, also assisting them to participate and engage in programs to develop necessary life skills.

Tickets for the fundraiser are available at https://shorturl.at/mCFTZ.
