Last-start winner Miss Sangrial has drawn perfectly in gate 3 for the $10,000 Camtrans Albany Fillies And Mares Final (2258m) at Harold Reid Paceway tomorrow.

Trained by Michael Brennan, Miss Sangrial dictated terms from barrier 3 last Saturday in heat 2 of the series to score by 9.7m and record her second victory in a row after winning over 2130m at Gloucester Park on January 12.

The Art Major filly will be driven by top reinsman Michael Grantham and is ideally placed on the front line to find the lead in the field of 10 runners.

Heat 1 winner Ladys Are Ideal will start in gate 6 for trainer Clinton Hall, with Michael Ferguson engaged to drive.

The five-year-old mare endured a torrid run last Saturday but battled on bravely to run third, 20.4m behind Miss Sangrial.

Metropolitan trainer Skye Bond will also have a runner in the race, Ella Gant Player, to start from the inside of the second row for driver Michael Blakemore.

In-form mare Track The Navajo, who was second to Miss Sangrial last Saturday, will be driven by Tim Stone and is sure to attract support from gate 4 on the front line.

The John Fagg-trained Sandford Tilly has drawn gate 1 in the race, which is set down for 10pm.

The nine-race Albany Harness Racing Club program starts at 6.47pm.
