An Albany Lotto player is almost $670,000 richer after a division one win last weekend.

The winning Saturday Lotto ticket was sold at Albany Lottery News and Gifts in the Dog Rock Shopping Centre.

That ticket is now worth $669,308.39 after there were six division one winners across the nation, including the one sold in Albany.

The winning numbers were 42, 45, 17, 15, 24, 18 and the supplementaries 35, 36. The Albany winner was a registered player.

Albany Lottery, News and Gifts owner Bob Campbell said he hoped the win would carry over to tomorrow’s $40 million Oz Lotto jackpot.

“We’re over the moon to have playeda part in changing the life of a lucky local,” he said.

“As a retailer, it’s such a really nice feeling. You feel a part of their win and it might be a well-known customer to us.

“We are hoping they will come forward so we can celebrate their big win with them.”

There were another 35 division two prizes of $15,567, including six in WA.

Lotterywest spokeswoman Chloe Lawler said the winning ticket was sold only 24 hours after two consecutive Scratch‘n’Win top-prize windfalls.
