Tourism hotspots including Albany’s Historic Whaling Station are among four new COVID-19 exposure sites confirmed across the City of Albany on Tuesday.

Albany’s Historic Whaling Station, the WA Maritime Museum, 6 Degrees and BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park are listed as exposure sites across various times from Friday, March 04, to Sunday March, 06, on the Healthy WA website.

The Walpole Rest Point Caravan Park was also listed as an exposure site.

People who visited these locations during the reported times are advised to monitor for symptoms unless directly advised otherwise by the Department of Health.

If symptoms develop, get tested and isolate.

The new exposure sites come after the Great Southern region recorded six new local COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, taking the region’s active total to 30.
