A teenager has been charged after an attack at a local bakery left a man with a broken leg.
But the 16-year-old may just receive a caution or put into a diversion program.
Rainbow Bakery owner Long Kry, 46, was inside his business in Yarrabilba, Logan on Saturday, June 6, about 7.40pm when he was approached by a group of teens.
On Wednesday wild footage circulated showing a group of teenagers taunting the shop owner from the outside of the bakery, prompting Mr Kry to film them on his phone and confront them directly.
Police allege during the altercation, one of the teens threw a rock at the bakery owner, who sustained a fracture to his leg.

The footage obtained by 7News on Wednesday showed one of the teens hurling a bottle towards the front door.
Mr Kry told the outlet despite others being present at the time, the group was relentless.
“Even with other locals around, they were still brazen enough to attack the shop and attack me,” he said.
The group then fled the scene.
“A male employee approached the group who then left the area in a vehicle,” a police spokesman told NewsWire.
A short time later, the teens returned to the shop and began kicking in the front door.

Footage shows one of the teens charging towards the bakery and fly-kicking the front door, shattering the glass.
Mr Kry then stormed out of the building armed with a baseball bat.
However, another teen threw an object at the bakery owner, striking him in the leg.
“Another one threw something at me, it hit my leg and I fell to the ground,” he said.
Residents nearby rushed to help the shop owner, who sustained a broken leg and cuts in the alleged attack.
“I was so fearful, I feared everyone at that moment,” he said.

Mr Kry was taken to hospital, where he had surgery on his leg.
Online, his wife said “everything has been overwhelming” for the family.
“My husband is due for a second surgery for his leg where both bones has been shattered,” she wrote.
The bakery has since shut its doors due to damage to the property, with locals launching an online fundraiser to help Mr Kry while he recovers.
“Small business are the backbone of our community and it’s hard enough without taking these devastating blows, capable of crippling families doing their best to serve the community,” the GoFundMe read.

Mr Kry said he had a long recovery ahead of him, sparking concerns for the bakery’s future.
“I can’t work. I can’t make money for our family,” he said.
“There’s a lot of uncertainty now.”
