Inspired by urban street culture, Webb & Brown-Neaves’ The Moda display offers a design which allows for plenty of personal space, as well as room for guests to mingle.

The design team ensured the home would blend into its surroundings in Dianella, adding a feature marble wall on the facade to match the European flair of its surrounds.

“Europeans are known for being fashionable, trendsetters and very stylish and innovative in all aspects of design,” Webb & Brown- Neaves Innovation and New Product Designer Joseph Calasara said.

“As such, this display showcases clues of European influence, as well as contemporary elegance.”

Upon entry you are welcomed by a soaring double-storey window with views to the external sunken fire pit and outdoor kitchen.

A step down takes you into a formal lounge or home office, while a sleek, contemporary staircase takes you up to the second-floor bedrooms.

The staircase is a real feature of the home, with walnut timber steps and a steel balustrade.

At the top, you’ll find three minor bedrooms with their own activity area that leads onto a balcony, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.

“The upper-floor layout was designed to take advantage of the view to the front park and the central sunken fire pit,” Mr Calasara said.

The ground floor utilises a U-shaped layout, meaning the alfresco acts like a courtyard and allows for a greater creation of space when the two sets of bi-fold doors are opened, connecting the open-plan living and the outdoors.

“The layout is perfect for a family gathering or just to chill out on a nice winter night,” Mr Calasara said.

The kitchen is presented in walnut and soft greys, featuring floor-to-ceiling cupboards, European appliances and an integrated fridge.

Mr Calasara described the residence as “future-proof”, with the master suite tucked away from the noise of the street and in its own private zone.

It features a luxurious walk-in robe and ensuite complete with a stylish freestanding bath under dual solar-controlled skylights.

The bathroom includes a viewing window onto the garden, making it the perfect place to soak and wind down after a long day.

The Moda display is open for viewing Wednesdays from 2-5pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-5pm.
