“Future stages will see the Mojo village grow to over 300 homes.”

Mr French said Stage 4 would be mainly comprised of laneway lots with a rear garage and street frontage to the main street.

“There are also a few corner urban lots which suit a three or four-bedroom, two-bathroom home.

“In a first for Mojo, Stage 4 also offers four larger lots that can accommodate two double-storey townhomes.”

Mojo Urban Living makes the most of small blocks, with its clever designs making the most of the lot sizes, according to Mr French.

“Mojo is minimum two-storey, and three-storey is also possible,” he said. “One of the reasons for the two-storey homes is to ensure a quality streetscape, with the homes having attractive frontages that are close to the main street to provide a warm community village feel for the residents.”

Mr French said Mojo Urban Living’s minimum of two-storey builds also allowed the developer to meet the city’s density requirements and allowed for spacious homes on compact land.

“Having a two storey home allows for good-sized outdoor areas that can accommodate quality outdoor living with gardens, or perhaps a plunge pool or spa,” he said.

Abel Property Land Sales Director Damyn Strang said outdoor experiences were a large part of the Mojo way of life.

“The estate has its own parklands with a basketball court, barbecue areas and playgrounds,” he said.

“The nearby Beeliar Wetlands, like South Lake, North Lake and Little Rush Lake, also inspire fun adventures, with beautiful hikes and nature walks just a stone’s throw away.”

Mr French said the development retained 40 original large trees, as well as providing for 1.1 hectares of green space with a large native planting area.

“Mojo partners with several builders who provide energy-efficient designs and can offer energy-saving LED lighting, solar energy packages and so forth,” he said.

Situated in a rapidly developing part of Perth, Mr French said first homebuyers could capitalise on living in Cockburn.

“Cockburn Central is fast becoming the Joondalup of the south, being so central to the fast-growing cities of Cockburn, Melville, Canning, Gosnells and Kwinana,” he said.

“Cockburn Central is also a transport-oriented development, as it is located near the train and freeway, and great community facilities such as Cockburn Gateway Shopping City and Cockburn ARC.

“It is the combination of population growth, location and lifestyle that drives the desire to live at Mojo Urban Living, Cockburn Central.”
